                 COMMON ORAL ORDER

Since the challenge in both the revision applications is arising out of the common judgment and order, they are heard together.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady accused and has shown willingness to deposit 50% amount of the compensation amount as ordered by the learned Appeal Court and moreover when the petitioner is inflicted a short sentence of one year, present revision applications deserve consideration. Hence, Notice returnable on 08/04/2021. Meanwhile, the impugned judgment and order of sentence rendered by the learned trial Court which has been confirmed by the learned Appeal Court is suspended till the returnable date and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on the same terms and conditions as were imposed by the learned Appeal Court; but subject to furnishing fresh bail bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- and on further condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5.00 Lakh with the learned Appeal Court before the returnable date.
