Heard Mr.Umesh Prajapati, learned advocate appearing for Mr.Pratik Jasani, learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr.Shivam Dixit, learned AGP for the respondent-State.

Mr.Prajapati, learned advocate submits that Appeal No.9 of 2017 is finally disposed of by Lower Appellate Court on 18.12.2019. He tenders a copy of the judgment, which is taken on record. He, therefore, submits that the present petition has become academic.
