Rule returnable on 08.03.2021. The operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Aux), Petlad, dated 07.01.2020 in MACP No.198 of 2018 (Old MACP No.280 of 2015) is stayed on condition that applicant Insurance Company shall deposit the amount of liability of the applicant as determined by the Tribunal.
