ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION :-

Rule returnable on 24th March, 2021.

The operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Auxi), Mehsana, At Visanagar, dated 30.12.019 in MACP No.1488 of 2012 (Old M.A.C.P.No.27 of 2012) is stayed on condition that applicant Insurance Company shall deposit the amount of liability of the applicant as determined by the Tribunal before the returnable date.
