Heard Mr. R. C. Kakkad, learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Jeet Y. Rajyaguru, learned advocate for respondent no.1.

Mr. R. C. Kakkad, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in all there were six identical matters out of which two petitions have been decided by coordinate bench of this Court. Mr. Kakkad, learned advocate further submits that remaining four petitions would also be governed by the judgment delivered in Special Civil Application no.12570 of 2020 decided on 14/10/2020. Mr. Kakkad, learned advocate, therefore, submits that remaining four matters are required to be taken up together.

Mr. Jeet Rajyaguru, learned advocate submits that he has instructions to appear only in two petitions out of four

petitions but he has no objection if all four petitions are taken up together.

Accordingly, registry is directed to take Special Civil Application No. 12848 of 2020, Special Civil Application No.14582/2020 and Special Civil Application No.14614 of 2020 along with present petition and list all four matters on 01/02/2021.

Registry is directed to accept copy of documents that Mr. R. C. Kakkad, learned advocate may tender.

Stand over to 01/02/2021.
