1. RULE. Learned APP Mr.H.K.Patel waives service

of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State.

2. This is an application for extension of parole

leave granted by this Court vide order dated 23.12.2020

in Special Criminal Application No.8725 of 2020 to enable

the applicant to prefer an appeal before this Court

against judgment and order of this Court dated 26.11.2020

in Sessions Case No.23 of 2015 by Sessions Court, Gir

Somnath.

3. Learned Advocate for the applicant submitted

that for this very ground, the applicant is enlarged on

parole leave and is to surrender on 11.01.2021. It is

submitted that due to ongoing vacation, the petitioner

could not meet Advocate and moreover, the applicant is

required to collect some papers from the trial Court

Advocate also. The extension is therefore prayed for.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the

applicant would not pray for further extension.

4. Considering the ground urged in this

application, the application is partly allowed. As a

last chance, the parole leave granted earlier is extended

for a period of 05 days on same terms and conditions. It

is made clear that no further extension shall be granted.

Rule is made absolute.
