ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION Rule returnable on 18.03.2021. The operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal th (Aux.) and 14 Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ahemdabad Rural, dated 10.01.2020 in MACP No.1080 of 2015 is stayed on condition that applicant Insurance Company shall deposit the amount of liability of the applicant as determined by the Tribunal before the next returnable date.
