ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION

Rule returnable on 26.04.2021. The operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Aux.), Panchmahals at Godhra, dated 28.01.2020 in MACP No.803 of 2015 is stayed on condition that applicant Insurance Company shall deposit the amount of liability of the applicant as determined by the Tribunal before the next returnable date.
