        and
HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH J. SHASTRI

                              ORAL ORDER

(PER : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. JUSTICE VIKRAM NATH)

1 We have heard Ms. Shubha B. Tripathi, learned counsel for the appellant, Mr. Bipin I. Mehta, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 and Mr. Dharmesh Devnani, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the State respondent.

2 Learned Single Judge relying upon several judgments of this Court in identical matters extended the

C/LPA/281/2021 ORDER

benefits of pension and post-retiral benefits to the original writ petitioners. The judgments which are relied upon are not only of learned Single Judges but also are of the Division Benches. Learned counsel for the appellant has not been able to show as to how this matter is different from those already decided matters.

3 In view of the above, we do not find any infirmity in the order passed by learned Single Judge. The Appeal lacks merits and is accordingly dismissed.

4 Consequently, the connected Civil Application stands disposed of.
