ORAL ORDER
1. Both the learned advocates Mr.P.C.Chaudhari as well as Mr.Hamesh C. Naidu appearing for the respective parties submit that all these petitions involve the identical set of facts and the issue involved in this petitions is identical and, therefore, these
C/SCA/1136/2019 ORDER
petitions are required to be heard together.
2. Both the learned advocates have already furnished compilation of judgments which is there on record.
3. Mr.Naidu submits that he will also prepare a chart of all the matters to make complicated facts simpler. Mr.Chaudhari does not oppose the same.
4. Both the learned advocates are agreed to the fact that Special Civil Application No.1136 of 2019 and Special Civil Application No.13668 of 2020 may be treated as lead matters and facts of these two petitions may be considered while deciding entire controversy. However, Mr.Naidu submits that he is yet to take instructions in respect of Special Civil Application No.13668 of 2020 and, therefore, he submits that in case if he finds that Special Civil Application No.13668 of 2020 has some different set of facts, he will intimate this Court well in advance.
5. Both the learned advocates submit that considering the controversy, all these matters are required to be heard finally and requested this Court to direct the Registry to place the matter on a particular date on the board, immediately after the urgent admission matters.
6. Stand over to 08.03.2021. Registry to place these matters on board after the urgent admission matters.
