The respondent Nos.9 and 10 are permitted to be deleted from the array of the respondents at the cost and expenses of the appellant.

Appeal is admitted.

ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION Rule returnable on 31.3.2021.

There shall be stay on the operation, implementation and execution of the judgment and award dated 15.9.2018 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Main) at Mehsana in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.578 of 2012 on condition that the appellant Insurance Company deposits the awarded amount to the extent of liability determined for the appellant together with the proposed cost and interest with the Claims Tribunal concerned before the returnable date.
