Learned Assistant Government Pleader Ms. Dhwani Tripathi stated that pursuant to order dated 8.8.2019 passed by the court, the appellant has deposited the entire awarded amount before the court concerned.

In that view, the stay granted against the execution of the impugned judgment and award as per the above order dated 8.8.2019 stands confirmed allowing the application and making Rule absolute therein.

It is clarified that the claimants will be at liberty to move application for disbursement of the amount to be considered in accordance with law and on its own merits.
