ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION:-

The operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Aux.), 3rd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Panchmahal at Halol dated 11.06.2020 in M.A.C.P. No.2665 of 2017(Old M.A.C.P.No.889 of 2015) is stayed on condition that applicant - Insurance Company shall deposit the amount of liability of the applicant as determined by the Tribunal before the next returnable date.
