IA ORDER

1. The order passed by this Court on 13.01.2021, reads thus:

"1. It noticed that the Apex Court in its order dated 01.05.2017 has chosen not to interferer with the final judgment and order passed by this Court, Dated: 23.12.2016, in Letters Patent Appeal No. 1980 of 2016 and the allied matters. The Apex Court also granted six months' time to make payment of the amount of alimony, as directed by this Court.

2. This Court on 18.07.2019 issued noticed, where, it also noted the change of address of the opponent-original appellant. There is no service of notice to the opponent, till date.

3. According to the learned Advocate, Mr. Mirza, the opponent-original appellant has changed his address and the second time also. Therefore, let the fresh address be supplied within three weeks. The matter is adjourned to 4th FEBRUARY, 2021, to ensure the supply of fresh address and in absence of the same, to pass consequential orders."

2. Today, learned Advocate, Mr. Mirza, submits that so far, he has not been able to obtain fresh address. He also has come to know about the filing of the FIR against the very person, and therefore, he needs to get the details from the concerned police station. For the said purpose, he requires time of one week.

3. So far as the request of the learned Advocate, Mr. Mirza, for service through alternative mode is concerned, he shall file NECESSARY application for the said purpose.

4. S.O. to 12TH FEBRUARY, 2021.
