ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.1 OF 2020

Rule returnable on 03.03.2021. The operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Aux.), City Civil Court, Ahmedabad, dated 18.11.2019 in MACP No.668 of 2011 is stayed on condition that applicant Insurance Company shall deposit the amount of liability of the applicant as determined by the Tribunal before the next returnable date.
