2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for both sides that this appeal may be taken up for hearing for final disposal, however, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks a little accommodation.

3. Let this matter be listed again on 08.05.2026 in the Admission Hearing Column.

4. An endeavour shall be made on that day to finally dispose of this appeal.
