Heard Mr. M.K. Sarma, the learned counsel for the appellant.

This is an application under Section 28 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 against the judgment & decree dated 27.10.2025 passed by learned Additional Page No.# 2/2

District Judge, Darrang, Mangaldoi in T.S. (R) 3/2025 whereby the petition for restitution filed by the present appellant was dismissed ex-parte.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the appellant, the appeal is admitted for hearing.
