This is an application under Section 23 of the Railway Claims Tribunal Act, 1987 against the judgment & order dated 13.08.2025 passed in Original Application No. OA(III) GHY/31/2023(Old) of the Railway Claims Tribunal, Guwahati Bench.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the appellant, the appeal is admitted for hearing.
