This is an appeal against the judgment dated 23.06.2025, passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge (POCSO), Morigaon, in POCSO Case No. 150/2024, arising out of Laharighat P.S. Case No. 173/2024, by which the appellant has been convicted under Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

Admit the appeal.

Call for the TCR.

Issue notice, returnable in four weeks.

Ms. B. Bhuyan, learned Addl. PP accepts notice on behalf of the State.

Registry shall forward a soft copy of the appeal to the office of the PP, who shall thereafter forward the same to the O/C of the concerned Police Station. The O/C shall thereafter serve a copy of the same to the respondent No. 2 and give a report thereafter.
