Heard Mr. R. K. Bhatra, learned counsel for the appellant. Also heard Mr. M. Khan, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and Mr. K. R. Patgiri, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 6 and 7.
2. This appeal, under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, has been filed by the appellant challenging the judgment and award dated 04.10.2024, passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bongaigoan in MAC Case No. 188/2021.
3. Admit.
4. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within 4(four) weeks.
5. As Mr. Khan and Mr. Patgiri, learned counsels, have entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and 6 & 7 respectively, no formal notice is required to be issued to the said respondents. However, they shall be provided with requisite extra-copy of the memo of appeal, if not already served, during the course of the day.
6. Also, call for the Trial Court Record.
7. List the matter after 4 (four) weeks.
