Perused the Order dated 19.09.2025, in which it was recorded that the State government has filed review petition against the Judgment and Order dated 13.06.2024 passed in WP(C) No. 426 of 2024.

Mr. B. Kaushik, learned counsel for the State/respondent is not present today and Mr. G. Pegu, learned counsel appears on his behalf and submits that Mr. B. Kaushik, has some personal difficulties to appear before the Court today.
