This contempt petition is preferred alleging non-compliance of the direction made in a Judgment and Order dated 06.09.2024 passed by this Court in a writ petition, W.P.[C] no. 4615/2013. It is stated that the Judgment and Order dated 06.09.2024 has been duly brought to the notice of the respondents.

Issue notice, returnable in 4 [four] weeks.

The petitioner shall take steps for service of notice upon the respondents by registered post with A/D within 3 [three] working days from today.
