This interlocutory application, under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, is preferred by the applicant for condonation of delay of 210 days in preferring the connected appeal against the judgment and award dated 31.05.2024, passed by the Commissioner, Employee's Compensation, Dhubri, in E.C. Case No. 4/2014.

3. Let notice be issued to the respondents returnable in four weeks.

4. Steps be taken upon the respondents by way of registered post with A/D Page No.# 3/3

as well as by usual process within a week from today.
