Heard Mr. B. Baruah, learned counsel for the applicant.

2. This is an application filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking correction of typographical errors that have crept into paragraph 13 of the Page No.# 5/5

judgment and order dated 28.04.2025.

3. It is stated that due to inadvertent typographical error the name of the appellant has been wrongly mentioned as 'Bharat General Insurance Company' and the correct name of the appellant should be "ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd". It is further stated that in line 4 of the same paragraph, it has been mistakenly typed as "the respondent/claimants"

which should be "the respondent No.1/claimant".

4. The error appears to be purely clerical in nature and no objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the respondent.

5. In view of the above, the application is allowed.

6. Let the following correction be made in paragraph 13 of the judgment dated 28.04.2025:-

- "Bharat General Insurance Company" shall be read as "ICICI

Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd".

- In line 4 of the same paragraph, the amount to the respondent/claimant shall be read as "the amount to the respondent No.1/claimant."

7. The corrected version shall be read as part of the original judgment and order dated 28.04.2025. Necessary endorsement may be made in the record accordingly.

8. With the above I.A. stands disposed of.
