24.06.2025 Heard Mr. R. Deka, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. I. Chowdhury, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. S. Chakraborty, learned counsel for the ONGC.

The matter stands deferred and shall be listed after six (6) weeks.

This is in view of the fact that the judgment of the Hon'ble Gujarat High Court, which has been referred to and relied upon by the petitioner, is presently under consideration in a Special Leave Petition pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

A copy of the order dated 05.08.2024 is placed before the Court by the respondent.
