This is an application for condonation of delay of 51 days in preferring the connected appeal against the judgment and order dated 30.08.2024 passed by the learned Special Judge (POCSO), Biswanath, Biswanath Chariali, Assam in Special (POCSO) Case No. 22/2016.

Issue notice returnable on 24.02.2025.

As Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No. 1, no formal notice need be issued to the said respondent.
