Heard the learned counsel Mr. SSS Rahman appearing for the petitioner. Issue notice to the sole respondent.

The petitioner shall take steps for service of notice upon the respondent by registered post with A/D. Page No.# 2/2

It is hereby directed that till returnable date, the operation and execution of the

judgment and Order dated 02.08.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1 st Class, Dhubri in C.R. (DV) Case No. 532/2023 shall remain stayed subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay interim maintenance of ₹4,000/- (Rupees four thousand) per month to the respondent until further order.

List after four weeks.
