Medhi, J) This is an appeal preferred from Jail against the judgment and order dated 22.01.2025 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Hojai in Sessions (1) 31 (H) of 2022; sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life and fine of Rs.25,000/- u/s 302 IPC i/d of payment of fine he shall undergo S/I for another 1 year.
