Date : 08.12.2025

1. Heard Mr. P. Sundi, the learned counsel for the applicants.

2. This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicant-

claimants in connection with MAC Appeal No. 623/2018, which was disposed of by a Coordinate Bench of this Court by the judgment and order dated 27.09.2024.

3. He submits that though, by the said judgment and order, the Insurance Company was directed to pay a compensation of Rs. 9,65,449/- to the claimant/applicant. However, the Insurance Company has deposited an amount of only Rs. 8,60,059/- before the Registry, which has been withdrawn by the present applicant.

4. He submits that the Insurance Company may be directed to deposit the remaining amount of Rs. 1,05,319/- in terms of the order dated 27.09.2024 passed in MAC Appeal No. 623/2018.

5. Issue notice to the respondent -Insurance Company.

6. The applicants shall take steps for issuance of notice by the speed post as well as by usual mode within seven days from the date of this order, returnable after four weeks.
