Heard Mr. N. J. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R. R. Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the State respondent.

This is an application under Sections 442/438 of the BNSS, 2023 for setting aside the judgment and order dated 05.07.2025 passed in Crl. Appl. No. 12/2024, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Udalguri, upholding the Page No.# 2/2

conviction and sentence dated 10.05.2024 passed by the learned CJM, Udalguri in connection with G.R. Case No. 1120/2020 corresponding to PRC Case No. 903/2021 under Section 420 IPC.

As the State respondent is represented by the learned Addl. PP, no formal notice need be issued. However, petitioner shall serve extra copies during the course of the day.
