Heard Mr. S. Neog, learned counsel for the appellant, who submits that the judgment dated 20.06.2025 passed by the Special Judge (POCSO), Lakhimpur, Page No.# 2/2

North Lakhimpur, in Special (POCSO) Case No.55/2023 arising out of Laluk P.S. Case No.9/2023, by which the appellant has been convicted under Section 6 of the POCSO Act should be set aside.

Admit the appeal.

Call for the TCR.

Issue Notice returnable in 5(five) weeks.

Ms. B. Bhuyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appears for the State. The appellant shall provide soft copy of the appeal to the Office of the Public Prosecutor, who shall thereafter forward the same to the O.C. of the concerned police station for serving the same on the respondent no.2.
