1. Heard Mr. N.K. Kalita, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. P Seyie for respondent Nos.2, 3 & 7 and Ms. Tinlung for respondent No.5.
2. Though the present application is filed and structured as Review Petition, however, in substance this is an application for correction of typographical error. This court under its order dated 27.03.2024 disposed of WP(C) No.7777/2022 directing to pay the Page No.# 3/3
petitioner the admitted amount of contractual liability, however, it is brought on record that the admitted amount reflected in the affidavit filed by the Water Resources Department (respondent No.7), is recorded as Rs.6,53,509.00 instead of Rs.9,28,190.00.
3. In view of the aforesaid, it is provided that the amount reflected at the second paragraph of the second page of the judgment, wherein the admitted amount is reflected as Rs.6,53,509.00 be read as Rs.9,28,190.00 as admitted by the Water Resources Department in their affidavit.
4. Accordingly, the present petition stands allowed to the aforesaid extent.
5. The order dated 07.03.2024 passed in WP(C) No.7777/2022 be read along with the order passed today. Accordingly, the review petition stands closed.
