Heard Mrs. R. Choudhury, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants. Also heard Mr. K.R. Patgiri, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1, 6 and 7.

2. Since the connected Regular Second Appeal has been admitted for hearing, the judgment and decree dated 17.02.2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) No. 1, Bongaigaon in Title Appeal No.16/2019 affirming the judgment and decree dated 06.03.2019 passed by the learned Munsiff [Now Civil Judge, (Junior Division)], North Salmara, Abhayapuri in Title Suit No. 57/2013 shall remain stayed.

The I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
