2. This appeal, under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, is directed against the judgment and decree dated 21.02.2025, passed by the learned District Judge, Kamrup, Amingaon, in Reference Case No. 28/2014.

3. Perused the memo of appeal and the grounds mentioned therein, and also perused the impugned judgment and decree dated 21.02.2025.

4. Admit.

5. Let notice be issued to the respondents, returnable in four weeks.

6. As Mr. Singh, learned Government Advocate appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No. 2, no formal notice is required to be issued to the said respondent. However, extra copies of the memo of appeal be furnished to him during the course of the day.

7. Steps be taken upon the respondent No. 1 by way of registered post with A/D as well as by usual process within a week from today.

8. Registry shall call for the record from the learned trial Court.

9. List the matter after four weeks.
