The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by the Judgment & Order dated 08.02.2018 passed in Drishti Baruah Vs. State of Assam & Ors reported in 2018 (1) GLT 749.

List this matter again on 04.09.2025 along with the case record of WP(C) No. 6226 of 2017 which was disposed of on 08.02.2018.
