Mr. N. Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner is present. Mr. T. C. Chutia, learned Standing Counsel, SEBA and Mr. U. Sharma, learned Standing Counsel, Secondary Education Department are also present.

The learned counsel for the petitioner shall prepare a chart indicating the questions against which marks have not been allotted in the HSLC examination paper of the petitioner in Assamese language by the next date.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by the Judgment & Order dated 08.02.2018 passed in Drishti Baruah Vs. State of Assam & Ors reported in 2018 (1) GLT 749.

List this matter again on 04.09.2025 along with the case record of WP(C) No. 6226 of 2017 which was disposed of on 08.02.2018.
