2. This application, under Order 41 Rule 5, read with Section 151 CPC, is preferred by the applicants for staying execution of the judgment and decree dated 30.09.2024, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dhubri, in Title Suit No. 12/2012.
