                                            ORDER

02.04.2025 This Review Petition is directed against the judgment and order dated

29.01.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) No.1496/2016. I have perused the

grounds taken in the review petition.

Mr. H. Gupta, learned Central Govt. Counsel appearing for the review

petitioners submits that the order of the coordinate Bench relied upon by this

Court has already been assailed by the review petitioners by filing an appeal

and the operation of the same has been stayed by the appellate Court.

However, the said fact could not be pointed out at the time of hearing of the

writ petition as a result of which, an error apparent on the face of the record

has crept in the judgment and order dated 29.10.2024 warranting review of the

same.

Issue notice on the respondents returnable in eight weeks.

The review petitioners to take steps for service of notice upon the respondents

by registered post with A/D.
