Mr. B Purkayastha, learned counsel for the applicants prays that the applicants, who are M.Sc in Biotechnology should be granted leave/permission to prefer the instant review petition against the order dated 22.02.2021 and judgment and order dated 22.02.2022 passed in WP(C) 1034/2021.

the Gauhati University; Mr. KU Ahmed, learned counsel for the respondent No. 10; Mr. K Bhuyan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. A Chamuah, learned counsel for the UGC; Ms. M Roy, learned counsel for the respondent No. 11 and Ms. T Wangfla, learned counsel for the respondent No. 6 submit that they have no objection if the application is allowed.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels for the parties, the applicants are given leave to prefer review petition for review of the order dated 22.02.2021 and judgment and order dated 22.02.2022 passed in WP(C) 1034/2021.

4. Registry to register the review petition, which has been given Filing Number 2974/2024 and list the same.

5. Copies of the review petition be furnished to the counsels for the respondents by Mr. B Purkayastha, learned counsel for the applicants within 2 (two) days.
