This appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 has been filed by the appellant impugning the judgment and award dated 09.07.2024 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chirang, Kajalgaon in MAC (Death) Case No. 24/2022.

This appeal is admitted.
