It is noticed that this writ appeal is filed against the impugned judgment passed by the learned Single Judge while adjudicating upon the order passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Silchar. Prima facie we are of the opinion that the learned Single Judge, while adjudicating upon the order passed by the Industrial Tribunal, has exercised his jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India and, hence, this intra-Court writ appeal against the impugned judgment is not maintainable.

Learned counsel for the appellant may satisfy this Court on the maintainability of this writ appeal on the next date fixed.
