Heard Mr. S. Dutta, the learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. D.J. Medhi appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. T.R. Gogoi, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos. 5 and 6.

Issue notice to the other respondents.

No formal notice is required to be issued to the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 as Mr. Gogoi has accepted notice on their behalf. Extra copies of the petition shall be provided to him.

The petitioner shall take steps for service of notice upon the other respondents by registered post with A/D. Page No.# 3/3

List after 6 (six) weeks.

It is hereby directed that till returnable date, the operation of the impugned judgment dated 06.07.2024 passed in Misc.(J) Case No. 44/2024 arising out of Title Suit No. 31/2024 pending in the court of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dhubri shall remain stayed.

It is further directed that the entire proceeding of Title Suit No. 31/2024 shall remain stayed till disposal of the revision petition.
