Heard Mr. A. M. Barbhuiya, learned counsel for the appellant. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam.

This appeal is filed under Section 374(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 assailing the judgment and order dated 28.03.2024 passed by the learned Sessions Page No.# 2/2

Judge, Hailakandi in Sessions Case No. 126/2019 whereby convicted and sentencing the appellant to undergo R.I. for 3 (three) years and fine of Rs. 20,000/- in default of payment of fine, further R.I. for 6 (six) months.

Admit this appeal.
