2. Taking into account that one of the two Appellants had expired, this Page No.# 2/2

Court has pointed a query upon Mr. P. S. Deka, the learned Senior counsel as to what would be the affect of the grant of probate vide the impugned judgment dated 16.12.2006 in favour of both the appellants.

3. Taking into account the above, the learned Senior counsel submitted that some time may be granted.

4. Accordingly, list the matter again on 23.07.2024 in the column of "top of the list" showing it as part-heard.
