Heard Shri R. Goswami, learned counsel for the appellant, who has preferred this appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 against a judgment and award dated 27.03.2023 passed by the learned Member, MACT No.2, Kamrup (M) in MAC Case No. 2176/2019.

It is submitted that the award is on the higher side and has been passed without taking into consideration the relevant materials.

At this stage, Shri Goswami, the learned counsel prays for striking off the names of the respondent nos. 3 & 4. Accordingly, the names of the respondent nos. 3 & 4 are struck off from the array of parties.
