Hoque, learned counsel for the applicant, who has filed this application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for condonation of delay of 10 days in preferring the connected MAC appeal for enhancement of the compensation in the judgment and order dated 28.07.2023 passed in MAC Appl.
