Heard Mr. A. Boro, learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that the petitioner's bills amounting to Rs.9,90,000/- have not been paid, despite the order dated 13.06.2022 having been passed in an earlier case, i.e., WP(C) 6028/2021.

2. Mr. R.K. Muchahary, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2-8 and Mr. P. Nayak, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 shall obtain instructions with regard to the above. Mr. R.K. Muchahary, learned counsel shall obtain instructions as to whether the petitioner's name has been included in the list for Page No.# 3/3

payment of outstanding dues in terms of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Tamsher Ali and Etc. Etc Vs. State of Assam and Ors , reported in 2008 (4) GLT 1.

3. List the matter on 13.08.2024 along with WP(C) 3144/2024.
