Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

This is an application under Section 173 of the M.V. Act read with Section 5 of the Limitation Act, praying for condoning the delay of 78 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and award dated 14.07.2023 passed by the learned Member, MACT No.1, Kamrup(M), Guwahati in MAC Case No. 1519/2017.

Issue notice to the respondents by registered A/D post as well as usual process, returnable within 4 (four) weeks.
