This is an application for grant of Special Leave to Appeal under Section 378(5) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 challenging the Judgment dated 03.10.2023 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sivasagar in N.I. Case No. 58/2019, whereby the accused/respondent No. 2 was acquitted.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable in 2 (two) weeks.

Mr. K.K. Parashar, learned Addl. P.P accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1. Extra copies be served within the course of the day.

Steps be taken for service of notice upon the respondent No. 2 by registered post with A/D within 3 (three) days.
