Heard Mr. A.Sattar, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. B.D.Deka, learned counsel for the opposite party No.2.

By this application under Order XLI Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the applicant has prayed for stay of the operation of the impugned judgment and order, dated 18.12.2023 passed by the learned Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Assam in REAT/ASSAM/ APPEAL No.12/2023, whereby the order dated 06.07.2023 passed by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Assam in Suo-moto Case No.RERA/ASSAM/ Reg./Notice /2022/03 was upheld.
