                                     ORDER

Mr. A Lal, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that 50% of the awarded amount had been paid in terms with the judgment dated 02.11.2018 passed in MAC Case No.766/2015 by the learned Member Motor Accident Claims Tribunal No.3, Kamrup(M) Guwahati and the remaining amount has not been paid on account of a stay being granted by this Court he would not like to press the instant writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that in the circumstance, a need arises at a later stage after the judgment passed by this Court, he may again be permitted to approach the appropriate authorities.

3. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority, if after the judgment passed by this Court, there is any infraction to the Insurance Laws (Amendment) Act, 2015.
